Today i am back with an another Oriflame Product (since i have used these quite often after purchasing i was excited to try them all). it is ORIFLAME VERY ME- Peach Me Pressed Powder(CLEAR) from +Oriflame India
October month was special due to festivals and i got chances to splurge on makeup and beauty products along with new additions to my fest wardrobe.
Product Description- These are Warm Shimmering Highlights. For A fresh, Healthy Glow year round! Lightly shimmering, delicately fragranced powder for highlighting and contouring the face.Combine with Peach Me perfect skin Glow for the perfect peachy complexion.
Product Packaging - it comes in sleek and transparent packaging with a see-though lid cover. it does have any brush or sponge applicator which is a must for powders and compacts (for me). its a round pan without a mirror (again a miss). Packaging is sturdy and can be carried easily in your clutch or bag.
Product Quantity and Price- 329 INR for 8 gms. Quite affordable as compared to its counterparts. It can be sourced through their Sales Representatives or online too from sites like Amazon, ebay etc.
My Experience- I was on look out for a good highlighting and bronzing powder and noticed the new babies in the new catalogue of September 2014. Immediately ordered it and you might have seen those in my haul post last month. Click here to view my haul post.
I have been using this powder all the month for entire of my festive looks. I used this to highlight and add little shimmer on my face. Although i did not use heavy layered foundation for high coverage but this even worked well on my tinted moisturiser. I used Oriflame Peach me perfect skin glow underneath, which is my favourite for party makeups.
This is a pressed powder with fine shimmers, finely grounded and pressed. it is soft and easy to pick through brush/sponge. its a dry application powder to highlight and add glow to your face. Either apply this on as 3 from forehead to chin or on sun spots of your face. if you are on Fair side just apply around edges of your face-done.
Although its soft but hard pressed enough to pick the required quantity in one or two swipes through it. its not heavy and easy to blend. No chalky or cakeyness found even after 5-6 hours of wear. Its also good to control oil as i always face this issue of oiliness which i did not find after using this. Also its easy to remove with cleansing milk or makeup remover, does not stick on face and no shimmer residue noticed.
The only downside is that its available only in single shade. its a rosy peach shade which looked good on me but still i would have preferred a little lighter shade with yellow undertones. This shade would go well on fairer tones comparatively.
Overall, Oriflame VERY ME- Peach Me Perfect Clear Powder is Try-worthy and affordable product from Oriflame.
