2016 was a year where I had experimented a lot with enormous skin care and makeup products although I play safe. I mean, I was trying to avoid heavy makeup products and try avoiding chemical laden skin care. So it was a full round of hits and misses. 

But meanwhile some has earned good scores on my chart and has been repurchased at times.

Past few days were extremely hectic- job, family, blog and a lot of travelling, made me crazy. 

I was getting short of time and spending time on personal care somehow slipped to the bottom of my priority list. Still I was looking some fast and easy products specially for my hairs- something which could give desired results without much of efforts...as we all want.

Last Minute Party Makeup and an old Lehenga Revived! OOTD!

Hi Girls, 

Today i am sharing my first Makeup and outfit post of the year. 
Attending family weddings is a herculean task-isnt'it? You ought to look good but in no time.
I tried this simple makeup look when i was not left with time even to think. 

Moreover I desperately wanted to wear this old lehenga of mine- long lost in my wardrobe trunk. This was actually my mom's lehenga which she got as gift from her mother in her wedding.

I would go for 2nd option. I have always been more inclined for a smooth flawless skin then the so called 'gori gori twacha' (fair complexion) hence keep looking for ways and means to keep my skin glowing and healthy.

Lately i have been facing acne and pimple troubles, may be due to climate change and being a blogger and testing products is also one of the reasons. 

Today its again about a product to address this Anti-acne concern. its Garnier Pure Active Real Neem Face wash from +Garnier Pure Active India . I have used Garnier Pure Active Pore Unclogging Face wash earlier and a fan since then so thought of trying this newbie from the range.

This festive month was full of vacation freaking, isn't it??

I had a blast as i got chance to meet my In-laws and my parents after a long. Believe me no Holiday outings can match up to family fun.

Today we are not talking about vacations but about one more product from +garnier light  GARNIER WHITE COMPLETE range- Gentle Exfoliating Scrub. Gentle exfoliation...its fine but White Complete??? lets see how. I purchased it as i was looking for daily use gentle scrub which can handle my acne and dark spot troubles well. In a way i was looking for a substitute to my favourite Clean and Clear daily scrub.

Fairness Facial with GARNIER Light 3 in 1

Fairness..not again!!!

This word really hits me. We Indians have been gifted with a nice complexion which highlights our facial features so well yet so obsessed with this word. Malaika Arora, with her chiseled bone structure and her warm complexion accentuating her facial features, proves that. 

I am a big fan of Nandita Das...actor from 'Earth', 'Ramchand Pakistani'; She is so beautiful and attractive. I simple adore her not only for her acting skills but the way she is associated with the cause -

Now you will say then why you opted for and reviewing a so called 'fairness' product. Well i purchased it since i was looking for good scrub and i saw this '3 in 1' tag. So thought of trying this. Actually i skip the info i don't wanna see so skipped that fairness claim mentioned here too.
