Kronokare- Hydrate the Hair Shampoo and Hydrate & Untangle the Hair Conditioner: Review

Hi All, 

Last month i received my MSM Box- July 2015 edition which had some amazing stuff, out of which was Kronokare Combo. 
So today its Kronokare Hydrate the Hair Shampoo and Kronokare Hydrate & Untangle the Hair Conditioner on my review desk.

Kronokare is a new brand to me and i am using their product for the first time. I was happy to find that the brand claims to be free of SLS & parabens.

Directions for use- Squeeze like you mean it, massage a little bit. Now, take a second to say a little prayer, for the day is going to be so very fair. Rinse

Ingredients- (as mentioned on site, while complete list is missing on bottle label)

Citrus Bergamia, Citrus Sinensis, Citrus Paradiisi, Sodium Leuryl Ether Sulphate, Coco Di Ethanol Amide, Coco Mono Ethanol Amide, Dimethicon Derivetive (DC 8500), Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Ethylene Diamin Tetra Acetic Acid, Colour, Distilled water. 

Althlough it claims to be free of SLS but has SLES which is milder form of sulphate. So cant say its completely free of chemicals.

The Shampoo comes in a black plastic bottle with a lip cap and has the signature Kronokare vibrant packaging with cool names of their products. The shampoo has fresh lemony fragrance which is mild & would not stay for long. Shampoo is clear transparent which is neither too thick nor too runny.

For medium length hairs like mine, i need a half capful (2-3 ml) and can be applied diluted with water. it cleans the hairs and scalp well and would lather well too. But this is not the case when you have oiled the hairs as it becomes difficult to clean the oil and dirt even with two washes of the shampoo (probably because its quite mild). But my hairs were left soft & bouncy although it did not added to my dryness but did not cure it either.

So the shampoo is mild and can be used daily for oily to normal hairs while people with dry hairs can use it on alternate days or 2 times a week.

Directions for Use- Apply to hair, like you really care. Comb through with fingers, de-tangle the mangles, sharpen the angles. Rinse and smile.

Citrus Bergamia, Citrus Sinensis, Citrus Paradiisi, Iso Propyl Maristate, Mineral Oil, Glycerine, Emulsifying Wax, Olive Oil, DC 245 Silicon Direvetive, DC 350 Silicon Derivetive, Imid Urea, 2-Phenoxyethanol, Ethylene Diamin Tetra Acetic Acid, Colour, Distilled water.

The Conditioner has similar packaging as that of Shampoo from this range. The conditioner little thick pale white smelling of lemons. it easily comes out as its not thick like usual conditioners and the same i felt while using that its not sufficient enough to condition my extremely dry hairs. My ends were left dry and i had to use another conditioner to pacify them. Also frizz was not reduced.

So the conditioner although is hydrating but would not suit extremely dry & frizzy hairs. People with normal to oily hairs would probably like it.

Overall Kronokare- Mediterranean Citrus- Hydrate the Hair Shampoo and Hydrate & Untangle the Hair Conditioner is good combo for normal to oily hairs but people with dry & frizzy hairs need something more. I liked that they have tried to keep it free of harmful chemicals but that's not all i expect from a good shampoo and conditioner. Worth a Try!
