The Body Shop Rainforest Moisture Shampoo

Hi All, 

Reading the title you might have got it...its The Body Shop day today. 

If you have read last few posts, I had discussed how I got my TBS Rainforest Conditioner accidently and how I missed ordering the TBS Rainforest Shampoo. 

The Body Shop, obviously need no introduction but still if you are new to this, let me tell you TBS is an international skincare and cosmetics brand started by Anita Roddick which was later purchased by Loreal, known for its vegan beauty products made from all natural ingredients sourced from community trade with a strong commitment towards protecting the planet and standing firm against animal testing. 

So today when I am over with my TBS Rainforest Moisture Shampoo, guess its right time to present my views- 

Price- 790 INR for 250 ml of shampoo. Available on company site, nykaa and Amazon.

I purchased it from outlet at Indore, a little haul. 

A Curling Shampoo and Hair Care Haul

Maintaining hairs has never been easy, whether you are a boy or girl, have straight or curly manes, dry or oily. Every hair type needs lot of effort and pains. 

But today its more about curly hairs...like mine and how I maintain them. Its not that i do not have hair problems, infact I have more which keeps recurring but then you just cant leave them as they are...right??? This time I have tried some new products for my hairs and had a small haul. This haul was in bits and pieces from different sources so a little delayed post meanwhile I had already done a good test and trial of a few products.

I have dry, thin and curly hairs, prone to frizz, dandruff and hairfall. 

However hard I try there is a cycle of hairfall and dandruff too and that always coincides. 

Again this time when I found that my scalp is getting deposits of thick sticky dandruff; hairfall, obviously had to start (dandruff being one of the main reasons behind).

Within few hairwashes, I was like loosing hair and dreaded more thining. 

I first concentrated on getting rid of Dandruff and started looking for something I have not tried so far.

Loreal Paris is a brand which hardly disappoints and I extremely loved its 6 Oil Nourish range. When I found an Anti dandruff Shampoo from Fall Repair Range, immediately picked it from the counter with great expectations.

So today I am reviewing Loreal Paris Fall Resist Anti Dandruff shampoo.

Himalaya Herbals Anti Dandruff Shampoo

Himalaya Anti Dandruff shampoo is specially formulated with botanical extracts that help control dandruff and provide nourishment to hair shafts. Fortified with herbal ingredients our shampoos are effective, natural and gentle on hair.

Yes I am reviewing a treatment product from Himalaya Herbals India. it is Himalaya Herbals Anti Dandruff Shampoo. 

Price- INR 70 & 130 for 100 & 200 ml resp. Easily Available at retail counters and online too. You can buy here. 

Key Ingredients- 

Tea Tree Oil is a known anti-fungal agent which effectively treats dandruff. It moisturizes hair and keeps the scalp free of fungal infections.

Aloe Vera softens hair and soothes the scalp, helping to alleviate itching.

Although these herbal key ingredients at the bottom of the list,  a long list of chemicals with SLS shows that its actually not completely herbal. 

Patanjali Coconut Hair Wash for Dry & Rough Hairs

Hi All, 

Today I am reviewing another Patanjali Product; it is Patanjali Coconut Hair wash for Dry & Rough Hairs. 

Patanjali products have earned good rapport in Indian market for their pocket friendly yet good quality products. You can find every other Indian household using one or other patanjali products.

Price- 95 INR for 150 ml. Can be purchased from any patanjali outlet and available on some online sites too.

A unique blend of coconut oil and natural extract of Ghritkumari, methi, bhringraj and heena with neutralise base, which cleanse gently, nourish and moisturise scalp and experience hair soft, silky and shiny.

Key Ingredients- major ingredients are coconut oil and Aloe. Although nowhere mentioned about paraben and what is that soft, neutralise base?

Its been few months i got some samples from Reward Me for Review. One of the products which i got was this PANTENE Pro-V Total Damage Care 10 Shampoo- 80 ml bottle. it is a product of +P&G (Procter & Gamble) India.

I liked that they have sent a good sample quantity rather than a sachet or something to test. 

Lets see how it worked for my Dry, frizzy and thin hairs.

Loreal Paris 6 Oil Nourish Nourishing Shampoo Scalp + Hair....Review

Hi Girls, 

With the chilling cold and drying winters, my biggest concern i.e. my thin dry hairs demands little more attention. The problem is you cant apply and keep those nourishing masks in colds, still you need to manage them.

But i guess it usually happens with all of us and we never bother about the content list, Product segmentation or positioning, nor cared whether the company has environment friendly policy or not. SLES, Parabens....what all difference do they make. Should we insist on being Natural, Vegan? Animal Products or Animal Testing - is what we should care for.
