Facial Oil: Kaircin from Kairali Ayurvedic

Hi All, 

While sharing my Great Grand Mother's beauty secrets, my grandmother used to tell that how she used to apply things available in kitchen like butter milk for cleansing and detaning, Ghee for hair massage and Almond oil for skin. 

She was very particular about applying ghee/almond oil to skin to keep it healthy and glowing. Later I also started using oils and found how good they are contrary to the usual belief that they may harm oily/acne prone skin. Infact my skin is far better since i have started using oils on face. 

I usually keep one or two kinds of facial oils along with several carrier and essential oils for my own DIY's for face oils. I can say i cant think of day going out or sleeping without ,my favourite oils on my face. 

So today again i am sharing one of the recent face oil i have tried and tested- it is Kaircin from Kairali Ayurvedics. 

If you are following my blog posts, you must have read about Eladi Thaliam from Kairali which became an absolute favourite as body oil. Even I have tried the oil on face too and it worked really well. SO this prompted me to try their Face Oil- Kaircin.

The two words- "Punchpushp" and "Toner" lured me. I am floral water fanatic and keep trying my DIY's with several types of hydrosols. But Punchpushp is something I have still not tried. Above this was quite inexpensive. So lets see if it was worth the purchase......

Hair loss and dandruff are two major hair problems which usually recur after a period of time, at least with me. But most of the time, I get over with them after certain medications/home remedies but this time neither my dandruff was ready to go nor my hairs were staying on my head ( i mean sever hair loss). 

I was reading one of the blogger friend raving highly about this- Japakusum Ayurvedic Scalp lotion: for hair loss and dandruff treatment and she was quite satisfied with the results. So I ordered this from Amazon very next Day. 

So its been more than 1 1/2 months I am using this and I am reaching bottom of the bottle. lets see how it worked on my hair & scalp.

Although these herbal key ingredients at the bottom of the list,  a long list of chemicals with SLS shows that its actually not completely herbal.

Does that happen to you that when you wish to look glowing and flawless, a small zit drops-in saying- 'hello, did you miss me?'. Oh God! you just feel that why me? but believe me, you are not the only one. 

So in my never ending search for effective skin care solutions and that safer ones, i keep trying so many skin care products and some DIY recipes and what not. But today its another good skin care herbal formulation from +Khadi Gramodyog Bhawan.

It is Khadi Neem-Tulsi Herbal Face Pack.

It is useful for removing pimples. It also reduces skin wrinkles & make skin tightend & beautiful.

Key Ingredients- Neem, tulsi and Rose Extracts. 

although the complete ingredient list is missing but you can feel Multani Mitti and camphor in it.

Take 5 gms of Khadi face pack Neem and mix it with rose water, plain water or milk. Apply a thin layer all over your face, neck, shoulders and chest area. Leave on at least for roughly 10-15 minutes. Splash with water and then gently scrub to exfoliate. Rinse off.
