Vaadi Herbals Anti Acne Neem Face Wash with Tea Tree extracts- Review

Hi All, 

Summer is back in full swing and i have started hoarding my Anti Acne/Anti Pimple stock. 

One of which is a new face wash from +Vaadi Herbals. It is an Anti Acne Neem Face wash with Tea Tree Extracts. This is my first purchase from the brand.  As you can easily assume that i was lured with 'Anti Acne' 'Neem' 'Tea Tree' Tags on the tube. Any bath & body product with Anti Bacterial ingredient  like neem, Tea Tree etc always attracts me. So immediately ordered it from +Nykaa.

As the company says- 

This double-action formulation controls acne by regulating sebum (oil) production, and killing the acne-causing bacteria. Neem’s anti-bacterial and astringent actions also unclog pores and prevent recurrence of acne. Anti-oxidant Tea Tree Extract helps acne lesions heal faster and soothes skin, whilst its antimicrobial activity controls infection.  

Price & Quantity- 

you would get 60 ml for 48 INR. Quite reasonably priced.

Ingredients- 

Entire ingredient list is missing. Active ingredients like Neem, Tulsi, Turmeric, Aloe Vera & Tea Tree. 

Packaging- 

Attractive pack with Green Coloured printed plastic tube with a flip cap. Sturdy and easy to carry.

My Experience- 

I liked the green colored packaging- it was so fresh & summery. its a fresh leaf green gel like but quite runny with small yellow granules suspended (probably for aesthetics). you need to be careful while taking it out as a large quantity spills out immediately.  Less than a coin sized amount is required to wash your face. it refreshingly cleans the face without leaving any oil/greasiness and even helps cleaning the make up traces too. Also it wont rob off the essential moisture from the skin. So stretchy or itchy feeling post wash. 

But the downside (atleast or me) is the fragrance which seems to an artificial one. it smells like jasmine/mogra so looking into the ingredient list one can easily guess- its an artificial fragrance added.

Now its Anti Acne claims, its a good wash to prevent acne but wont cure any existing one. Including this as a part of daily regime would surely help.

So overall its an affordable face wash and good for people with oily to normal and acne prone skin.
