I am a beauty care fanatic but prefers indulging more into skin care. I often avoid makeup and when i do, its usually a light base with smoky eye & nude lips.
For a change, i tried some new makeup products- Oriflame Lip Impact Crayon is one of those. I got the shade deep berry since i wanted to try a perfect cherry red.
Price- 349 INR for 3.9 gms. Most reasonably priced among the Lip crayons available in the Indian Market. its available online on amazon here and you can source this through their Sales representatives too.
The Lip Color comes in a Jumbo pencil form sealed with a cap. Pencil is not retractable and hence needs sharpening-the biggest disappointment. Its tedious to sharp and also wastes lot of product.
The Lip color as the name suggests is Berry Red- deep subtle red with pink hues. The lip crayon just glides on my lips, its smooth, soft & buttery but not sticky. Color pigment is amazing and 1-2 swipes gives a good coverage without any bleeding. it moisturises my dry lips and stays for a long 5-6 hours even though it initially transfers but survives a meal.
The Color looks really pretty on my skin tone and i feel it would look good on all kind of complexion. The color suits all occasion from party to casual outings.
The only downside, as i said earlier is packing and that too the cap also slips as it lacks proper locking and hence not safe to carry in bag. Also it tends to melt little in peak summers so its better to store in cooler place like refrigerator.
Overall Oriflame Lip Impact Crayon- deep berry is a must try shade with all the benefits. I have already got another shade- vibrant almond from the range.
